ABOUT: Curious about trademarks but don’t know where to begin? Join us for this special program featuring Craig Morris, Head of Trademark Outreach, from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
The focus of this program will be trademark basics. starting with the different uses for patents, trademarks and copyright. Learn how to find an attorney, the distinction between what the USPTO does in the federal registration process and what a private attorney can do and how to avoid ‘scams’ by outside companies.
The program will include a question and answer session.
