November 16th, 2011

Jeanne Gang is a visionary architect, 2011 MacArthur Fellow and leader of Studio Gang Architects. Henry Henderson is the Midwest Program Director of The Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC).

Tomorrow, November 17 at 6 PM, they both join us in the Cindy Pritzker Auditorum at Harold Washington Library Center, for an engaging discussion about the importance of the Chicago River and the possibilities for its 21st century transformation. The program will be moderated by WBEZ’s Steve Edwards and is presented in partnership with NRDC.

Following the free program, Gang  will be signing copies of her new book, Reverse Effect: Renewing Chicago’s Waterways. Registration is not required and seating will be handled on a first come, first served basis.
