We’ve received a number of inquiries about tonight’s discussion with award-winning journalist Tom Brokaw. The 6 PM event at Harold Washington Library Center has SOLD OUT and registrations are no longer being accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience.

However, it’s worth noting that we’ll have a stand-by line tonight for those without registration. Registrations not claimed by 5:50 PM will be distributed to those in the stand-by line, in order of arrival. Seating is not guaranteed for those in the stand-by line. Stand-by guests who are unable to be seated are invited to purchase a copy of Brokaw’s new book, The Time of Our Lives: A Conversation About America, and take part in his book signing after the program has ended.

Thanks for your ongoing interest and continued support of Chicago Public Library’s events and programs!
